What happens to my unused videos when I change plans?

Unused videos don't roll over when changing plans (except for Pro members who have credit rollover). Your quota resets to your new tier's allowance. We recommend using your videos before changing plans.

Is the Founders tier really limited to 100 people?

Yes! Founders is exclusively for our first 100 supporters. Each Founder gets a unique number (#1-100). Once all spots are filled, the Founders tier is permanently closed. If you cancel, your spot may be released to the waitlist.
