By accessing and using ChoppedOnions.xyz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
ChoppedOnions.xyz provides AI-powered news video generation services that transform RSS feed stories into short-form videos. Our services include:
Free Tier: View-only access to all content. No video generation rights.
Founders Tier ($2/month): 50 video generations per month. Limited to first 100 users with sequential numbering.
Pro Tier ($5/month): 200 video generations per month.
Enterprise Tier: Unlimited video generations with custom pricing.
All subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled. Video quotas reset on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC.
Content Ownership: Videos generated by our AI system are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights to videos you generate, but ChoppedOnions.xyz retains the right to use generated content for promotional purposes.
Content Accuracy: AI-generated videos are created using automated scripts, images, and narration. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the factual correctness of AI-generated content. Always verify information from original news sources.
Third-Party Content: News stories are sourced from 386+ RSS feeds. We do not own the underlying news content and are not responsible for its accuracy or bias.
You may not use our Service to:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize ChoppedOnions.xyz to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of AI-generated content (consumed immediately upon creation), we do not offer refunds for used video generation quotas. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings or Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher tier (e.g., Founders → Pro), your new plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and your video quota will be updated to reflect your new tier.
Downgrades: When downgrading to a lower tier (e.g., Pro → Founders), you have two options:
Founders Tier Availability: The Founders tier is limited to the first 100 subscribers. If you cancel your Founders subscription, your Founders number may be released to the next eligible subscriber. Re-subscribing as a Founder is not guaranteed if all 100 spots are filled.
Video Quota on Plan Changes: Your video quota resets based on your new tier. Unused videos from your previous tier do not roll over when changing plans, except for Pro tier members who have credit rollover benefits.
The ChoppedOnions.xyz platform, including its code, design, branding, and AI models, is owned by ChoppedOnions.xyz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without explicit written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
In no event shall ChoppedOnions.xyz, its affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChoppedOnions.xyz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
